Namaste!
Ever noticed how easy it is to show up for others and how hard it can be to do the same for yourself?
We cheer for friends.
We offer compassion to loved ones.
But when it comes to our own inner world?
The tone often shifts: Why can’t you just get it together? What’s wrong with you?
Here’s something most people don’t realise:
Your relationship with yourself is the blueprint for how you show up in every other part of your life.
How you speak to yourself sets the tone for how you speak to others.
How you judge yourself determines how deeply you connect or disconnect from the world around you.
How safe you feel in your own mind influences how boldly you show up in your work, your relationships, and your decisions.
And when that internal relationship is strained or ignored?
Even the best opportunities, the deepest love, the biggest dreams start to feel… out of reach.
Not because they are…
But because you don’t feel ready to receive them.
That’s the quiet cost no one talks about.
So instead of asking, How do I fix my life?
Maybe a better question is: How do I treat myself when no one’s watching?
Because everything else is just an extension of that answer.
Thank you for being here. Until next time,
Dr Pooja Patel
